Managers Network Membership
This Managers Network is designed primarily for line managers, coupled with some staff managers who are interested in initiating and/or have initiated work innovation, high performance systems (plant and office), and organizational innovation inside and external to their organization. A yearly Network membership fee will be charged to each member. Current membership rules are:
- Individuals are members of the Network.
- Two members maximum from one location in any one Network.
- Maximum of four members from one company in any one Network.
- A member can select a backup from the company to attend a meeting in case of a schedule conflict. The backup must be informed of the Network activities in order to be able to contribute to the meeting (appoint one backup person).
- Members or the backup should be either site managers or their immediate reportees to enhance peer discussions at meetings.
- Guests (first come/first served) will be permitted by advance request to the Texas Center. The number at any one meeting will be limited to six (6) to eight (8) and a guest fee will be charged for each.

Price includes two (2) visits to innovative work sites per year, tuition, first evening reception and dinner, second evening reception, third day Continental breakfast, all coffee breaks, Network materials, and "Meta-Cases" from each innovative site visit.

Treasury Regulation 1.162-5 permits an income tax deduction for continuing education expenses (including registration fees, travel, meals, and lodging) if undertaken to maintain or improve professional skills.
