Texas Center Activities And Services

The Texas Center achieves its objectives by being engaged in basic research and development and action-research projects with cooperating organizations, with the joint focus of deriving and making public the best and most advanced organizational improvement practices in the field. To meet these goals related to new High Performance Organizational (HPO) design and re-design, the research associates at Texas Tech University, other Texas University System faculty, other U.S. faculty, and private consultants utilize these areas of expertise:
